• the same product
• an equivalent product
• or a product of equivalent or higher value

The price of Frankly Care™ depends on:
• the product
• value of the product;
• product category

The price is always clearly stated before the coverage is activated.

Payment is made on an ongoing basis via the payment method registered in your account.

You can terminate Frankly Care™ at any time.

When a coverage is terminated, the protection on the associated product ends.

Termination may be made through your Frankly account or through the channels Frankly makes available.

Frankly Care™ does not cover damage caused by:
• deliberate damage
• fraud or abuse
• illegal use of the product;

In such cases, coverage may cease.
