Let's be absolutely clear, and otherwise you just call.
You pay monthly, and the agreement runs one month at a time.
You always see the exact amount before you confirm. No bundled prices, no setup fee.
The purchase price is also the ceiling for compensation, so the price is tied to what you can be paid out. Your excess is stated in the policy schedule alongside the premium.
Compensation can never exceed the purchase price you paid. How many claims you can make per cover year is stated in your policy schedule.
The excess is paid to the claims administrator before the repair starts. Beyond that we charge nothing. If we change the terms, you are told at least 30 days in advance.
For the first 14 days you also have a right of withdrawal. Write to shopper@franklyinsure.com before the deadline. If the product is insured through a leasing or rental agreement, different rules apply.
