How do I find my price? Pick the appliance you want to cover and you get the price straight away. It is stated in your policy schedule before you say yes, and the first month is free. The price is set from what the appliance cost. You pay monthly. How much does Frankly typically cost? It depends on the appliance. A 4,000 DKK dishwasher and a 15,000 DKK fridge freezer do not cost the same to cover. You always see the exact amount before you confirm. No bundled prices, no setup fee. Which appliances can I cover? The large machines in the home: washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, oven and hob. The appliance must have been bought new in Denmark with at least one year of warranty, it must still be within the warranty period, and it must not be more than four years old. Cover is taken out on the day you buy, or within 30 days after. What happens if something breaks? We repair the appliance, or we replace it with one of equivalent specifications. Repairs are carried out by a repairer we have approved, and we use original parts where possible. Compensation can never exceed the purchase price you paid. We pay for transport within Denmark. If the appliance is replaced, the policy expires and you take out a new one on the new appliance. Are there hidden fees? No. There are two amounts: your monthly premium and your excess. Both are stated in the policy schedule, and the first month is free. The excess is paid before the repair starts. If the appliance has to be collected or delivered outside Denmark, you pay the transport yourself. Beyond that we charge nothing. Can I cancel whenever I want? Yes. The agreement runs one month at a time and only renews as long as the premium is paid. For the first 14 days you also have a right of withdrawal. Write to shopper@franklyinsure.com before the deadline. How do I get access to my Frankly account? You log in to My FranklyTM with the email address you used when you took out the insurance. The link sits at the top of the menu. Your policy documents are emailed to you as well. Questions about the policy itself go to shopper@franklyinsure.com. Can I add more appliances later? Yes. Each appliance is insured on its own, and only what is listed in your policy schedule is covered. Add another appliance and you get a new schedule.
